Laos Gallery

Luang Prabang

Luang Prabang

I’m in the UK right now visiting family. The cold autumn weather in England is a big change from the hot steamy climate of Laos. I’ve had time to look through my images and have posted another slideshow.

Lightroom 3 Public beta

lightroom3_557x130

I’ve had Lightroom since it came out and have been a regular LR user since it became useful in version 2. Now Adobe has followed its usual strategy of releasing a new version as a free beta which will expire when the final release version comes out next year. In the meantime we can all play with the new version and comment on the Adobe forums.

Visit http://labs.adobe.com/downloads where you can get the new version.

Laos

Vang Vieng

Vang Vieng

Laos has proved to be an excellent destination for photography. It’s very laid back, exactly as I expected, maybe more so, which makes taking photos a breeze. I’ve posted some images so you can see what I’ve been up to since my last post…

Laos Shoot

I’m off again, this time to Laos for 12 days. I’ll try to update the Blog as I go, I should be able to find internet cafes as I go.

I’ll be travelling light this time, just a 5D Mark2, 17-40L, 24TSE, 85F1.8 and a 135F2. It should be another good trip for people images and apparently there are some amazing temples. Let’s hope we get some amazing light to go with the scenery.
